メモ帳。

アボカドの種と皮をとりのぞき、ザクザクと切ってボウルに入れる。アボカド1ケに対し茶匙1杯の塩をまぶしたら、それを小さな瓶に詰める。アボカド1ケでいっぱいになるくらいの小ぶりな瓶がよろしい。最後に瓶の口いっぱいまでオリーブオイルをそそいで蓋をする。  丸1日たったらもう食べられますぞ。スプーンでとり出し、わさびをちょいとつけて食べるのぢゃ。
